“ The owner replied to my review but clearly did not read it first. That kind of goes right along with my lack of customer service comment . The food was really good, I always like Fazoli's. The employee was not very friendly, it was obvious she did not want to be there and did not want to wait on us. She was irritated at my question, and couldn't be bothered to show me the item I was looking for. Then my order was wrong because she paid zero attention to me while I was ordering. Customer service seems to be non-existent these days. ”

“ In the mood for pasta and was several places to choose, so I chose this place with Doordash delivery. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs and sausage. The pasta was well cooked and didn't have the watery sauce most places do, so was very pleased. Now the sauce was good but a bit too tomatoe/ ketchup like but it wasn't bad. The meatballs had flavor unlike some places could be bland and the sausage was cut in slices and was cooked well and very tasty. That was enjoyable spaghetti and I ordered 2 extra breadsticks, good. I had there chunky chocolate chip cookie and wished I ordered 3 it was that good. Also had the chocolate cheesecake and it was to sweet for me but it was very good, I had no one to share it with that could eat the other half. Only issue I had, that they didn't provide utensils, parmesan cheese or pepper flakes. Come on guys its pasta not indian cuisine to eat with my fingers. Yes I would order again from here but after I try the other shops of course. I would recommend this place. ”
